Farm Lane - Holicong Road

When I’m doing research for new work, one of the things I do is to simply explore the back roads. This particular farm lane, with over-arching maple in full fall color, is along Holicong Road inl Bucks County, Pennsylvania, but it could be anywhere that experiences the full glory of autumn. I immediately loved that maple, especially when contrasted with the soft, cool colors in the fallow field.  The crepuscular rays bursting through the foliage as the sun rises weren’t evident when I first stopped my car to take photos, but suddenly, there they were!
